Expenses
Costs are for actual expenses reasonably and necessarily incurred, such as travel, sustenance and lodging, long distance telephone charges, the cost of producing documents and materials, professional support requirements, etc., are additional to the consulting fee and will be billed to the client at cost.

Terms
- Billed monthly and payable net 30 days from date of invoice.
- New accounts shall be initiated with an advance payment (retainer fee).
- Travel by personal vehicle shall be a set rate of $0.50/mile.
- Air travel will be substituted if less expensive than total costs related to personal vehicle travel.
- Accounts over 30 days past due shall accrue interest at the rate of 2% per month.
- Payment shall be made to IPMC.
